The Hired One is a registered sole proprietorship based in India, operated by Aryan Hathele. We sell digital downloadable products including resume templates, cover letters, and related career-prep content.

2. Products & Delivery

All products listed on this website are digital products delivered electronically via email and/or instant download link upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is instant in most cases; in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours. See our Delivery Policy for full details.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. License to Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your individual/personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repost the templates/files (in original or modified form) on any marketplace, social media, or third-party platform. All templates, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of The Hired One.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the products for any unlawful purpose, attempt to resell or mass-distribute purchased files, or misrepresent your business as affiliated with us.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

7. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our templates are accurate, well-designed, and functional. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., job offers, interview calls) from using our products. The Hired One is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, India.
